About Our Portraits
What is a Studio Plush portrait?
Studio Plush transforms your child's cherished toy into a timeless piece of art. Each portrait is individually prepared by our artists, ensuring a unique and personal touch.
What kind of photos should I upload?
To ensure the best quality portrait, please follow these guidelines:
- Use natural lighting without filters.
- Capture the toy head-on, showing as much of the ears, head, neck, and chest as possible.
- Avoid blurry or overhead shots.
- Ensure the toy is upright and not laying down.
If you're unsure about your photo, feel free to email us, and we'll be happy to advise.
What types of toys do you accept?
We welcome all types of cherished toys, including plush animals, dolls, action figures, and more. If it's special to your child, it's special to us.
What if I need to change my order?
We are happy to help with changes to your portrait order as long as you reach out within 30 minutes of placing your order. After 30 minutes, most changes, including address updates, can no longer be made.
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship from?
We ship from trusted partners in the EU (primarily Latvia and Spain), ensuring fast and reliable delivery across Europe.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Production time: 3–7 business days
Shipping time: 3–5 business days
* At the moment shipping is only available in EU and UK.
Do you offer tracking?
Yes, once your order ships, you'll receive tracking information via email.
Is shipping free?
We offer free shipping on orders over €75 within the EU.
Returns & Refunds
Can I return my portrait?
Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we'll replace it at no cost.
How do I report an issue with my order?
Please email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item and packaging.
