Production takes 3–7 business days, and delivery times depend on your location:
EU: 3–5 business days
UK & International: 5–10 business days
You’ll receive tracking info as soon as your order ships.

What kind of photo should I upload?

Clear, well-lit pictures of the toy — ideally front-facing or at a slight angle.
Natural light works best. Don’t worry about small imperfections — that’s part of the charm.

Can I see a preview before printing?

By default, our artists handle the creative process — but if you’d like a preview before production, you can add this option at checkout for a small fee.

Do you accept returns?

Because each piece is custom-made, we don’t offer returns.
However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll replace it free of charge. Just reach out within 7 days.
